What We Do  

The Community Health Promoter Program is a health literacy program that aims to train Community Health Workers (CHWs), community leaders, and advocates on relevant health topics. Our goal is to disseminate accurate, accessible, and actionable health information in Durham County.

The Durham County Community Health Worker Roundtable is a subcommittee of the Partnership for a Healthy Durham. It is our goal to build a space with CHWs for CHWs and allies to expand our efforts to serve the community. This meeting has interpretation available in English/Spanish.
