Budget & Management Services

The responsibilities of the Budget and Management Services Department include administrating the annual budget process, assisting departments prepare their budgets, analyzing all budget requests, and preparing the County Manager's annual recommended budget.

The department prepares and maintains the County's Capital Improvement Plan and provides quarterly budget reports to monitor the progress of revenues and expenditures throughout the course of the fiscal year. Additionally, the department provides revenue and fee analysis, customer service surveys, and budget and administrative support.
