Maternal Health Clinic Services

We provide care for low-risk patients with the goal of ensuring that all pregnant patients have healthy pregnancies and deliveries.

Your first appointment for prenatal care will be a phone appointment with one of our Maternal Health nurses. During this phone call we will review your medical history and make your next appointment which will be in person and will include

  • Prenatal lab work
  • A physical exam by a nurse-midwife, or physician
  • If you are transferring care from another clinic, we will need your medical records from them. Please bring previous clinic phone number and fax number when you come to your first appointment with us. You will also need to sign a medical release form to give us permission to obtain your records.
