Quick and Easy Coleslaw

Ingredients:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 8 cups shredded cabbage (~one medium head of cabbage)
- 4 carrots, grated
Directions:
- Add mayonnaise, sugar, white vinegar, salt and pepper to a large bowl and mix until completely combined.
- Add the cabbage and carrots and mix well.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
- Serve and enjoy!
