Quick Peach Crisp

Ingredients:
- 4 peaches
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup granola
Directions:
- Thinly slice the peaches.
- In a skillet, over medium heat, sauté the sliced peaches and butter until the peaches begin to soften, about 5 minutes.
- Add the cinnamon, sugar, nutmeg, and vanilla extract, and continuing cooking for another 5-10 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
- Turn off the heat and spoon peach mixture into bowls.
- Sprinkle with granola and enjoy.
