Pineapple Ginger Water
Prep time: 5 minutes + 2 hours wait
Makes: 8 cups
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh pineapple pieces (crushed for a sweeter taste)
- 1-inch piece ginger, thinly sliced
- 2 quarts water
- Ice
Directions:
- Add the pineapple and ginger to a 64-ounce pitcher.
- Pour the water over top and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Serve over ice.
