Granola Bites

Makes: 8
Ingredients:
- 1½ cups oats (rolled or quick)
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup sunflower seed butter (or other nut butter)
- ⅓cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Optional ingredients: cocoa powder, shredded coconut, chopped nuts
Directions:
- Stir together all ingredients in a large bowl, mixing thoroughly to combine.
- Make 1-inch wide balls using either a spoon, a small cookie scoop, or your clean hands.
- If desired, roll balls in cocoa powder, shredded coconut or chopped nuts.
- Store in the refrigerator and enjoy for up to 1 week!
