Broccoli Salad
Prep time: 15 minutes
Makes: 6 cups
Ingredients:
- 1 large or 2 small heads of broccoli, or 4 cups precut broccoli florets
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup hulled sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
DRESSING INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Directions:
- If broccoli is not already in florets, break or cut the broccoli into small florets.
- Add broccoli, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, and red onions to a large mixing bowl.
- In a smaller bowl, mix together the ingredients for the dressing.
- Pour dressing over the ingredients in the large mixing bowl.
- Stir well to combine and enjoy!
