What We Do

HR Systems and Data


The HR Systems and Data division is a strategic partner to the organization by providing expertise in HR data and systems, enabling data-driven decision-making, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.  Some of the areas of focus for this area include: 

  • Collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting HR-related data. This allows HR to move beyond gut feelings and make evidence-based decisions in areas like talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and employee development. 
  • Overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and integration of various HR technology systems This ensures smooth data flow, reduces manual errors, and streamlines HR workflows.
  • Developing standardized and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and analytics tools that provide HR and business leaders with valuable insights into the workforce.
  • Ensuring compliance and mitigating Risks by establishing and maintaining data privacy and security protocols to comply with regulations and protect sensitive employee information.
  • Driving Strategic Alignment by providing data insights enables HR to align workforce planning with the overall business strategy, ensuring the organization has the right talent in the right place at the right time.
  • Managing the HR Services Hub by creating, routing and monitoring support tickets to ensure timely resolution and maintaining the knowledge article library.

The HR Systems division has played a critical role in the development of several comprehensive Power BI dashboards that provide key workforce insights across the organization. These dashboards consolidate and visualize essential HR data to enable leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions.
