What We Do

Human Resources Administration


The HR Administration Team serves as the operational backbone of the Human Resources Department, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of daily office functions. This team oversees essential administrative processes, including equipment coordination, office logistics, employee records management, and the maintenance of core administrative systems.


As the first point of contact for employee and county resident inquiries, the team coordinates the intake and assists in the routing of requests through the HR Services Hub by creating and monitoring support tickets and requests to ensure timely resolution.


Key responsibilities of the HR Administration Team include:

 

  • Managing employee records and departmental documentation
  • Overseeing tuition reimbursement and coordinating employee badging and background processing
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of the department’s budget
  • Processing financial transactions, including requisitions, invoices, ACH payments, and procurement card activity

Through attention to detail, responsive service, and a commitment to operational excellence, the HR Administration Team plays a vital role in supporting both internal HR functions and countywide service delivery.
