18-21 Program

  • Allows young adults who would otherwise age out of foster care at 18 to continue receiving support.
  • Provides continued foster care services during the transition to adulthood.
  • Helps young adults successfully transition into independent living.

LINKS Program

  • North Carolina Foster Care Independent Living Program.
  • Designed for youth and young adults aged 14-21 years old.
  • Focuses on helping youth develop independent living skills.
  • Supports youth in achieving educational and vocational goals.
  • Aims to help youth make healthy life choices.

Foster Home Licensing

  • Recruitment and training for traditional foster & adoptive Resource Parents.
  • Licensing requirements for Resource Parents.
