Open Space & Real Estate
What We Do
The Open Space and Real Estate Division protects important conservation lands, provides meaningful public open space as parks and preserves, and offers comprehensive real estate services to County departments.
Division staff also administer the Durham County Matching Grant program that assists Durham County non-profit organizations protect open space lands and promote new and/or improved recreational amenities in Durham County.
