General information

The Register of Deeds office issues the Notary Oath to persons who have successfully completed the Notary Oath course to become a notary or renew their notary commission.

The Secretary of State office will notify individuals to visit the Register of Deeds office in the county where they are commissioned to take the Notary Oath.

$10 per oath
