Surplus Equipment Auction

Durham County occasionally accumulates surplus personal properties that are no longer needed for the County’s operational purposes. Surplus personal property typically includes furniture, cars, trucks, heavy equipment, and miscellaneous small equipment. The County regularly conducts public auctions for disposal of surplus items by utilizing GovDeals (furniture and equipment) and Property Room and Auctions International (vehicles) on-line auction services.
