Durham, N.C. (Wednesday, May 7, 2025) --- The Durham County Sheriff's Office announces the arrest of Deputy Sheriff Derrick Neville, 48, on charges of Solicitation of Prostitution and Patronizing a Prostitute. He was arrested earlier today and released on a $5,000 unsecured bond. 

Neville, a deputy sheriff with DCSO for 19 years, is currently on administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation.
