Durham, NC - The Durham County Board of Elections has cancelled its special meeting scheduled for December 5, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. to conduct an evidentiary hearing on three protests filed in Durham County by Jefferson G. Griffin, candidate for NC Supreme Court Associate Justice Seat 06. This is due to a notice of withdrawal received from the protestor this evening.
