Departmental Consultation by Request
Any DCo Department that has questions related to diversity, equity, inclusion, or belonging is invited to email us at equitablewell-being@dconc.gov to schedule a consultation meeting.
Additionally, each department has been assigned a primary departmental consultant. This teammate will be your primary point of contact for questions and consultation, but other teammates will be brought into conversations as necessary depending on areas of expertise.

Join us on Wednesdays from 2:00 – 4:00pm to ask questions, give us your feedback, and generally engage in conversation over a coffee and a snack. No appointment necessary. Email equitablewell-being@dconc.gov for any questions.
