The Youth Home Director coordinates planning efforts with other community agencies to assure maximum use of available resources for detained youth.

The Youth Home works with community agencies such as the court system, Office of Juvenile Justice, Department of Social Services, Project Build, Bull City United, DCo Public Health Education & Testing, DCo OASIS (Older Adult & Shut-In Service), non-profit agencies and Alliance Behavioral Healthcare.
