 The Equitable Well-Being department was launched in 2023 under the leadership of Dr. Brent Lewis. This team works directly in the County Manager's Office to ensure that every aspect of our work at Durham County is viewed through the lens of equity, helping to ensure that every employee and resident in Durham County can live, grow, and thrive.
