All businesses should list all assets used in the conduction of their business. Examples are computers, printers, copiers, furniture & fixtures, machinery & equipment, tools, telephone and their systems, fax machines, alarms, display cabinets, racks, etc.., cleaning supplies, office supplies. All assets used in a business should be listed whether they are capitalized or expensed, except for expensed computer software.

Individual personal property that would need to be listed would include all manufactured homes, boats and boat motors, jet skis, aircraft, unlicensed vehicles, permanent/multi-year tag vehicles, and International Registration Plan (IRP) vehicles owned by you on January 1st.
