IN HOME AIDE & HOME DELIVERED MEALS

In Home Aide and Home Delivered Meals Services may help you remain safely in your home. If you are an elder and/or a disabled adult who is unable to prepare meals, or need assistance with personal care tasks, this may be the help you are seeking.

• In-Home Aide Services provides assistance with Personal care (ADL’s): i.e. dressing, bathing, transferring, grooming, and eating and limited assistance Chores (IADL’s): i.e. cooking, laundry, and light cleaning. Individual must need assistance with ADL’s in order to receive IHA services.

• Home Delivered Meals A hot, nutritious daily meal is provided to help prevent malnutrition and hunger.
