Substance Use Disorder Services  

Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Services are provided to criminal justice involved individuals in detention and in an outpatient setting.

Programs are designed to increase client motivation to obtain and maintain a drug-free lifestyle through client centered treatment planning.

Substance Use Disorder Treatment, known as The Second Chance Program, is a substance use treatment program designed for persons 18 years old or older. Individuals are referred through TASC (Treatment Accountability for Safer Communities) , the Courts or other service providers.

Participants receive individual and group counseling offered in intensive outpatient treatment or regular outpatient treatment based on their assessed level of need. Programs are designed to increase client’s awareness and understanding of essential knowledge and skills of relapse prevention with the goal of fostering motivation to obtain and maintain a substance-free lifestyle.

  • Substance Use Education
  • Intensive Outpatient Treatment
  • Regular Outpatient Treatment
  • Individual and group counseling
  • Aftercare
