The Buildings Division provides maintenance and care of the structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, heating, and ventilation systems of over 70 owned or leased facilities. 

The Grounds Division maintains over 160 acres of landscaped areas for facilities owned or operated by the County, as well as abandoned properties.
