The Durham Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Commission (BPAC) advises the Board of County Commissioners on questions relating to bicycle and pedestrian issues.
The commission consists of 15 members with seven members appointed by the Board of County Commissioners representing citizens in subject areas such as bicycle commuting, urban trails and greenways, university students/university facilities, transportation planning/policy, recreation/recreation business and Inter-Neighborhood Council.
