Durham, N.C. – The Durham County Board of Elections has launched a new mobile application, "DCo Votes", designed to help residents stay informed and prepared for upcoming elections, including the Statewide General Election on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.
This free, easy-to-use mobile app offers instant access to important information, including election dates, sample ballots, personalized voter details, and voting method options. Residents can also sign up through the app to receive news and updates from the Board of Elections.
“Staff has worked incredibly hard to develop this application to cast a wider net of access to Durham residents,” states Durham County Board of Elections Director Derek Bowens. “We are hopeful that every resident with the ability to download this application on their mobile device will do so.”
The mobile app is available for download via the App Store for Apple Devices or in the Google Play Store for Android devices.
