  • 11:50 a.m.—Department Heads and Elected Officials asked to be seated in the front center pews of the sanctuary by 11:50 a.m.
  • 12 noon—Program begins
  • 1:30 p.m.—Program ends
    •      1:35 p.m.—Lunch in the Fellowship Hall  (for persons on the dais, department heads, elected officials, City-County MLK Choir, and ushers)
