This free six-week program helps people learn how to manage and improve their own health, while reducing health care costs.
Participants will learn about pain management, nutrition, exercise, appropriate use of medication, emotions, communicating with doctors. Participants will make weekly action plans, share experiences, and help each other solve problems they encounter in creating and carrying out their self-management program.
