The “feel good” reasons alone should be the impetus for everyone exercising everyday and actually looking forward to it! When I look at this list I sometimes wonder why everyone isn’t Health Webinars and Events, May 2020 exercising all the time. This list is in no particular order and hopefully any of the reasons will motivate you to exercise.
