If you are interested in being trained as a volunteer to conduct workshops on reducing the risk of falling, at least once per year, this training may be for you. Individuals trained must be willing to conduct at least one workshop series per year. A workshop series consist of eight (8) sessions that last two (2) hours. Workshops help persons reduce their fear of falling while also learning exercises to build strength, improve balance and increase flexibility.
