Parents Matter! is a community-level HIV/Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention program for the parents/guardians of preteens. This 5 session program equips parents/guardians with the knowledge, skills, confidence and comfort level to discuss sexual health/sexual risk reduction with their children prior to their engaging in risky sexual behavior.

When:

Session 1 Wednesday-March 28 10:00-12:30

Session 2 Thursday-March 29 10:00-12:30

Session 3 Tuesday-April 3 10:00-12:30

Session 4 Monday-April 9 10:00-12:30 and

Session 5 Wednesday-April 18 12:30-3:00

Where: Hoover Road Community Center (1126 S. Hoover Rd.)
