Recycling Collection Schedule A: North of the Eno (July 2016-June 2017)

Recycling Collection Schedule B: South of the Eno (July 2016-June 2017)

Recycling collection for your home occurs every other week. Use this document to determine your pick up day and Schedule (A or B).

On your collection day, bins should be placed on the curb no later than 7 a.m from October-April, and no later than 6 a.m. from May- September.

If your recycling bin was not collected (and it was placed on the curb by the appropriate time), please call 919-560-0433 by 9 a.m. on the following business day.

Recycling Bin
The County continues to transition from 18 gallon bins to carts.  If your home is in a cart area, you are permitted to have one (1) 96 gallon roll cart.  At this time there is no provision to allow multiple carts at one address.  You may not use any container other than the provided 96 gallon roll cart for recycling.

If your home is in a bin area, you may be issued 2 18-gallon bins at no cost.  These customers may also use a similar shaped container, as long as it is the same size (18 gallon) or smaller.
