DURHAM, N.C. – All Durham County Department of Public Health (DCoDPH) webinars and events are FREE and open to the public.


A host of webinars are offered monthly to assist Durham residents.  This month includes: What You Need to Know About Colorectal Cancer, Colorectal Conditions, How to Raise Drug and Alcohol-free Kids, Endometriosis, Colorectal Cancer:  Preventable, Treatable, Beatable, Surviving Sniffle Season, Sleep!  It Does the Body GOOD!, Appreciate the Art-ery, and Are You at Risk for Type II Diabetes?.  To register for these webinars, visit:

March 18                                Colorectal Cancer:  Preventable, Treatable, Beatable                    2PM-3:30PM

Colorectal cancer is one of only a few cancers that can be prevented through screening.  Among cancers that affect both men and women, colorectal cancer is the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths in the United States.
